Dear Epiphany Drama Arts Community,
Once again, it is that time of year when we begin our journey towards this year’s Spring Production of the” Beast and Briar Rose”. It is truly an honor to have your children join us in this theater experience.
We start this year production in February with the read through on February 23rd from 2:30- 3:30. Each actor ( except ensemble) will bring home a scene break down and a February schedule.
- The March schedule will emailed by February 26th.
- Ensembles first practice will be March 22nd.
- The April Schedule will be emailed and be available online the week of April 20th.
- the Dance schedule will be sent home with the dancers at their first practice March 1st.
Parents are asked once again to volunteer their time on one the many committees we have available. Once again we are extremely excited to work with such an amazing group of parents and student actors. Wednesday, February 8th, 2:30- 4:00 grades for 3rd-4th.
Thursday, February 9th, 2:30 – 4:00 grades 5th-8th.
Additional Call backs will be held Friday10th 2:30-4:00 for individual groupings -TBA by email after Thursdays auditions.

Spring Production Tech week- Saturday April 22nd , Monday April 24th through Thursday April 27th .

Theater Arts Sessions
All students are welcome to be a part of the drama program. Our theater sessions consists of weekly dramatic classes.The classes are held on Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30 after school. During our classes students are doing exercises and skill building activities for the spring play. Session are held by grade levels, K-2, 3rd-4th and 5th -8th. Session 1 begins in October 11th for students in grades Kdg- . 2nd Session 2 begins November 22nd for students in grades 3rd – 5th, and Session 3 begins January 10th for grades 6th- 8th.
Monthly rehearsal schedules will be sent through Cornerstone to parents, along with weekly reminds for scheduled weekly practices. Printable copies can be found below and under the School Forms section , under Current Parents and Students.
The Tech Week mandatory practice schedule is as follows:
- Friday, April 21st- Required by all actors 2;30- 5:30
- Saturday April 22nd- Recommend for all actors 8:00-11:00
- Monday, April 24th- Required for all actors 2:30-5:30 pm ( after school snack available)
- Tuesday, April 25th- Required for all actors 2:30 – 6:30 pm ( with dinner)
- Wednesday, April 26th – Required for all actors 2:30 – 7:00 p.m. (with dinner)
- Thursday, April 27th – Required for all actors 2:30 – 7:30 p.m. (with dinner and a 6:00 performance for the Pines)
