Admissions and Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in Epiphany Catholic School and Preschool. Epiphany School has a 50-year tradition of educating students in intellect, faith, and virtue.

2nd- 8th Grade $ 6,100 $75.00 per student
3rd Student *Full-time Preschool-GR 8 students eligible

The discounted rate will be applied to the student with the highest tuition.

Additional Fees

– Non-refundable Family Enrollment/Processing Fee:  $100 per family
– Non-refundable Preschool – GR 8 Activity Fee:  $75 per student 
– Non-refundable Preschool – GR 8 Annual Gala Fundraising Fee:  $100 per student (maximum of $300 per family)
– Non-refundable GR 6-8 Technology Fee:  $100 per student
– Non-refundable Financial Aid Application Fee:  $45 per family paid to TADS at time of application (if applicable)

Fee Information

Family Enrollment/Processing Fee:  Paid annually at the time of Enrollment.
Activity Fee:  Billed on the first invoice of the 2021-2022 school year.  Covers special events, parties, field trips, and additional school supplies.
Annual Gala Fundraising Fee: Billed on January 20, 2022, to all Preschool-GR 8 students. Students may offset the fundraising fee by selling $100 in Gala Raffle Tickets per student (maximum of $300 per family) by December 2, 2021. This year’s Gala is on December 4, 2021. Raffle Tickets will be given to students to sell approximately about one month prior to the event (if they choose to sell them).
Technology Fee: Billed September 20, 2021, or with the first invoice for post-September enrollment. Covers subscriptions and device maintenance. 

Partnership Requirement

Partnership requirement for all full-time Preschool-GR 8 registered families. All families are required to participate with a minimum of fifteen hours of service from our list of school opportunities. Full-time Preschool-GR 8 families who choose not to participate in our Partnership requirement, or who do not complete the full fifteen-hour requirement by May 14, 2021, will be assessed a $200 Partnership requirement fee, which will be added to their respective TADS account. This requirement will be modified if we are unable to have volunteers in the building.

Transportation

For the 2020-2021 school year, Epiphany School will not be using school district bussing. Families are asked to make preparations to drop off and pick up their children each school day. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
