Admissions and Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in Epiphany Catholic School and Preschool. Epiphany School has a 50-year tradition of educating students in intellect, faith, and virtue.

Enrollment for The 2024-2025 School Year is Now Open!

*There is currently a waitlist for Montessori Kindergarten and Montessori Preschool, please complete and submit a Waitlist Form to be put on the waitlist.

*All preschool must complete an admissions application and NEW K-8 students only.

*Activity Fee covers special events, classroom parties, field trips, and additional school supplies.
**Part-time Preschool is not eligible for Parish financial aid , but is eligible for the Partnership in Faith Rebate.

Tuition Breakdown- In previous years, the cost of food has not been included in our tuition fees; Epiphany Catholic School & Church generously covered the additional expenses. While there has been no increase in the standard tuition fees, this year we have included the cost of food per student in the overall breakdown. This adjustment will help us maintain the high standard of care and education that we are committed to providing while ensuring transparency in our tuition structure.

  • Pre-Kindergarten/Montessori (5 Day-Full Day):
  • Standard Tuition: $7, 650 + Non-Negotiable Yearly Food Cost $820
  • Montessori (M-F 7:30 am – 11:30 am)
  • Standard Tuition: $5, 700 + Non-Negotiable Yearly Food Cost: $675
  • Preschool (T, W, Th 7:30 am – 2:30 pm)
  • Standard Tuition: $4,650 + Non-Negotiable Yearly Food Cost: $525
  • Preschool (T, W, Th 7:30 am -11:30 am)
  • Standard Tuition: $3, 400 + Non-Negotiable Yearly Food Cost: $430

Additional Fees

  • Non-refundable Family Enrollment/Processing Fee: $100 per family
  • Non-refundable Preschool – GR 8 Activity Fee: $95 per student
  • Non-refundable Preschool – GR 8 Annual Gala Fundraising Fee: $100 per student (maximum of $300 per family)
  • Non-refundable Financial Aid Application Fee: $34 per family paid to TADS at time of application (if applicable)

Fee Information

  • Family Enrollment/Processing Fee: Paid annually at the time of Enrollment.
  • Activity Fee:  Billed on the first invoice of the 2024-2025 school year. Covers special events, parties, field trips, and additional school supplies.
  • Annual Gala Fundraising Fee: Billed on January 20, 2025, to all Preschool-GR 8 students. Students may offset the fundraising fee by selling $100 in Gala Raffle Tickets per student (maximum of $300 per family) by December 5, 2024. This year’s Gala is on December 7, 2024. Raffle Tickets will be given to students to sell approximately about one month prior to the event (if they choose to sell them).

Partnership Requirement

  • Partnership requirement for Preschool-GR 8 registered families. All families are required to participate with a minimum of fifteen hours of service from our list of school opportunities.
  • Preschool-GR 8 families who choose not to participate in our Partnership requirement, or who do not complete the full fifteen-hour requirement by May 10, 2025, will be assessed a $200 Partnership requirement fee, which will be added to their respective TADS account.
  • This requirement will be modified if we are unable to have volunteers in the building

Transportation

  • Transportation is NOT available for Preschool.
