🌟 E Plus After-School Program at Epiphany 🌟
Epiphany is proud to offer E Plus, a high-quality after-school care program designed to support students and families with a safe, engaging, and enriching environment after school hours. Our program includes homework help, indoor games and activities, and gym and playground time.
K-8 E Plus and Pre-K E Plus are two distinct programs with different hours, policies & pricing.
K–8 E Plus Highlights
- No Scheduling. Open to all enrolled K-8 students on an as-needed basis.
- Charged by the minute at $0.20/minute ($12/hour) per student.
- K-8 E Plus ends at 5:30 PM.
- A late fee of $2 per minute applies after 5:30 PM.
Pre-K E Plus Highlights
- Advanced notice is preferred.
- A $2 drop-in fee applies for unscheduled attendance.
- Monthly schedules (which can be modified at any time) should be submitted by the 15th of the prior month.
- Charged in half-hour increments at $6.50 per half hour ($13/hour) per student.
- A 5-minute grace period is allowed at the end of each half-hour block.
- Charges are based on actual, not scheduled, pick-up time rounded to the next half-hour increment (after the 5-minute grace period). For example, if pick-up is at 3:37 or 4:06, it would be rounded up to the 4:00 or 4:30 block, respectively.
- Pre-K E Plus ends at 4:30 PM.
- A late fee of $2 per minute applies after 4:30 PM.
