Darcy Nelson serves as Epiphany’s Director of Food Services and holds a degree in Food Safety Management. A proud father of five and a U.S. Navy veteran, Darcy brings dedication and discipline to everything he does. He is also a nationally registered EMT and a lacrosse referee, always ready to serve both on and off the field.
